Regarded as the apogee of green bean quality, this Kenya AA exudes excitement with a medium-high acidity and rich body that will leave you yearning for more. In this Kenyan roast you will experience a floral aroma with subtle flavor notes of wine and spice beneath the bold cacao and a vibrant and fruity finish.

Farm: Elevated Planes of Mount Kenya

Elevation: 1300 to 2000 meters (~4200 to 6800 feet)

Process: Washed/Wet-Processed

Tasting Notes: Burgundy wine, raisin, and citrus. Slightly spicy and chocolatey notes in the aftertaste. All in all it is a bright, vibrant, and exciting cup.

Care Instructions

All coffee is recommended to be stored in a vacuum sealed container. The excessive exposure of moisture and oxygen will make the flavors fade, and increase the rapid aging of coffee, making it stale quicker.

We understand that most coffees peak is within the first 2 weeks after roast, so its important to get everything out of that period of time.

Great customer service

A few weeks ago I wrote a one star review because I was asked for a review of the Kenya AA but had not received my order. A rep from PURE EARTH Coffee Co. reached out. They said they’d look into the order asap, and did. They tracked it down and it arrived shortly after. Then going above & beyond PURE EARTH Coffee Co. reached out once more and offered a free selection of their coffee. It was great customer service and I really appreciated it. Thank you! Pssst the coffee is excellent both the Kenya AA, and I am sure the limited edition that I received.
