Wow

The Pink bourbon has been incredible. Amazing flavor profile. Notes that actually come through. When so many coffees can lack clarity, this is exceptional.

Very VERY good

Of both of the limited edition unreleased beans this has to be my favorite! I’ve already gone through the whole bag. I really enjoy the fruit forward and the banana. I’m not a huge fan of artificial banana and this isn’t that but very good. I’m a big fan and hopefully will be able to order it very soon.

Limited Editions are the STUFF!

I've tried many different roasters from around the country, and Pure Earth never disappoints. If you can get a bag of any of their limited edition anaerobic natural roasts, do it!! I brew for espresso mainly, and I'm consistently pulling great shots with these beans.

Rabers Review on Limited Edition Roasts

Not paired with anything, the stand alone rankings of each roast are the following :

1. Brazilian
2. Nicaraguan
3. Columbian
4. Ethiopian
5. Kenyan
6. Honduras
7. Ecuadorian

The OG 4 flavors are smoother than the Ecuadorian and Honduras blend. We believe paired with a fresh made cinnamon roll, the Ecuadorian has potential to jump in the rankings 🤣

The Kenyan is the first blonde coffee we've had that we genuinely likes. It is beautifully unique.

All that being said, the Brazilian blue is unequivocally the best cup of coffee. It is INCREDIBLE! Its a perfectly smooth balanced chocolatey flavor that can be enjoyed any time of the day.
We're very blessed to have gotten to sample such an excellent variety of single origin, locally roasted coffee blends. We're thankful for Pure Earth and would highly recommend them to anyone.
