How fresh is your coffee?
All PURE EARTH coffee is roasted in small batches and shipped fresh from our roastery. Most orders ship within a few days of roasting to ensure you receive coffee at peak flavor.
What makes your coffee “specialty coffee”?
Specialty coffee refers to the highest quality coffee beans available. These coffees are carefully sourced, graded, and roasted to highlight their natural flavors and unique characteristics.
How should I store my coffee?
Store coffee in a cool, dry place in an airtight container like a fellow atmos, or keep in the original bag away from light. Avoid refrigeration or freezing, as moisture can damage the beans.
How long does coffee stay fresh?
Whole bean coffee is best enjoyed within 2–4 weeks after roasting. Ground coffee should be used within 1–2 weeks for the best flavor.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location but typically ranges from 2–5 business days within the United States.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders $50 and above within the United States. Shipping promotions may vary during special offers.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we primarily ship within the United States. For international wholesale or bulk inquiries, please contact us directly.

RETURNS & SUPPORT
Can I return coffee?
Because coffee is a perishable product, we typically cannot accept returns on coffee. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right. Reach out to info@pureearthcoffee.com
