Refund / Return Policy

At PURE EARTH COFFEE, we have zero tolerance for average — and that includes your experience with our products. We are committed to delivering coffee, equipment, and service that meet the highest standard. If something falls short, we want to make it right.

Coffee Orders

Because coffee is a food product, we do not accept returns on roasted coffee once it has been delivered. This policy helps us maintain product integrity, freshness, and safety for all customers.

That said, if there is an issue with your coffee order — including the wrong item, damage during shipping, or a quality concern — please reach out to us. While we cannot accept the product back, we will review the situation and work with you toward a fair solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. It is in our best interest to make sure our customers are taken care of and we back our products and their quality.

Non-Coffee Products

For eligible non-food items such as home brewing equipment, merchandise, or accessories, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

To begin a return, customers must contact us first for approval and return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review your claim and work quickly to make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund once it has been issued.
