At PURE EARTH COFFEE, we don’t tolerate average—and that applies to how your order gets to you. From roast to delivery, every step is executed with precision so you receive coffee at its peak.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Because we prioritize freshness, most coffee is roasted to order before it ships. This ensures you’re receiving coffee at its highest quality—not something that’s been sitting on a shelf.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Delays or losses due to carrier errors

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at info@pureearthcoffee.com within 7 days of delivery.
